Types of Cases We Handle
We understand that commercial disputes can threaten the stability and profitability of your business. Our team is equipped to handle a wide range of business conflicts, including such as listed below.

Breach of Contract
When a party fails to honor the terms of a business contract, it can disrupt your operations and financial stability. We work swiftly to enforce contractual obligations and seek fair compensation.

Partnership Disputes
Disagreements between business partners or shareholders can lead to misunderstandings and legal battles. Our team steps in to mediate or litigate, ensuring that your interests are protected and agreements are upheld.

Fraud and Misrepresentation
Instances of fraud or deceptive practices in business transactions can be financially and reputationally damaging. We act decisively to investigate, pursue legal remedies, and recover losses.

Intellectual Property Conflicts
Protecting your intellectual assets is crucial to staying competitive. We assist in disputes over trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets to ensure your innovations and brand remain secure.

Debt Recovery

Fee Arrangement Types
We believe in transparency when it comes to our fees. Our pricing is competitive, and we offer flexible fee arrangements tailored to your needs. We are happy to discuss the fee arrangement that works best for your situation during an initial consultation.
Standard Hourly Rate
For cases requiring tailored solutions, we charge an hourly rate that reflects the complexity of your case, the experience level of the solicitor and the urgency of the matter. Our hourly rates generally range from £200 to £400 per hour, plus VAT.
Fixed or Flat Fee Arrangements
For certain straightforward and predictable matters where work and outcomes are clearly defined, such as debt recovery or uncontested contract claims, we offer fixed or flat fee arrangements, giving you certainty on costs upfront.
No Win. No Fee.
For cases with high prospects of success, we may offer a Conditional Fee Arrangement (CFA), also known as a 'no win, no fee' agreement. This helps clients manage litigation costs by sharing the risk involved.
Retainer Arrangements
For clients requiring ongoing support, we offer retainer agreements at a discounted rate. This involves a monthly or annual fee for immediate priority access to legal support whenever you need it, and is most suitable for businesses that need frequent legal input
Capped Fees
For cases where clients seek predictability without a fully fixed fee, capped fees set a maximum amount that won’t be exceeded. This arrangement is common in complex but scoped cases, balancing cost predictability with flexible billing.
Deferred Payments
Deferred payment allows clients to pay fees after a case concludes, often if the client lacks immediate funds but expects financial gain (e.g. in certain commercial claims). This option is common in high-stakes commercial litigation where both parties agree on deferred terms.
