Employment Law Case Types We Handle

Employment Contracts

Our team assists with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, ensuring both parties clearly understand and agree upon their rights, duties, and expectations. We prioritise fair terms and protect against future disputes.

Workplace Discrimination

We advocate for individuals facing unfair treatment at work due to race, gender, disability, age, religion, or other protected characteristics. Our goal is to uphold equality, restore fairness, and secure appropriate remedies.

Unfair Dismissal

For employees who believe they were wrongfully terminated, we provide experienced representation to challenge unfair dismissal and seek rightful compensation or reinstatement. We aim to hold employers accountable and protect employee rights.

Harassment and Bullying

Our firm is committed to safeguarding clients from harassment or bullying in the workplace, guiding them through the legal processes to achieve a respectful, safe environment. We ensure sensitive, proactive support every step of the way.

Employee Rights and Benefits

We provide guidance on entitlements, including pay, leave, and workplace accommodations, ensuring employees receive the benefits and respect they deserve. Our service supports transparency and workplace satisfaction.

Redundancy and Severance

Whether for redundancy or severance, we help clients understand their rights, negotiate fair exit terms, and ensure that the process respects their dignity and future security. We work to secure compensation and clarity for all involved.

Settlement Agreements

Our legal experts draft and negotiate settlement agreements that resolve disputes amicably while protecting client interests. We ensure terms are fair, transparent, and beneficial to avoid lengthy litigation.

Fee Arrangement Types

We believe in transparency when it comes to our fees. Our pricing is competitive, and we offer flexible fee arrangements tailored to your needs. We are happy to discuss the fee arrangement that works best for your situation during an initial consultation.

Standard Hourly Rate

For cases requiring tailored solutions, we charge an hourly rate that reflects the complexity of your case, the experience level of the solicitor and the urgency of the matter. Our hourly rates generally range from £200 to £400 per hour, plus VAT.

Fixed or Flat Fee Arrangements

For certain straightforward and predictable matters where work and outcomes are clearly defined, such as debt recovery or uncontested contract claims, we offer fixed or flat fee arrangements, giving you certainty on costs upfront.

No Win. No Fee.

For cases with high prospects of success, we may offer a Conditional Fee Arrangement (CFA), also known as a 'no win, no fee' agreement. This helps clients manage litigation costs by sharing the risk involved.

Retainer Arrangements

For clients requiring ongoing support, we offer retainer agreements at a discounted rate. This involves a monthly or annual fee for immediate priority access to legal support whenever you need it, and is most suitable for businesses that need frequent legal input

Capped Fees

For cases where clients seek predictability without a fully fixed fee, capped fees set a maximum amount that won’t be exceeded. This arrangement is common in complex but scoped cases, balancing cost predictability with flexible billing.

Deferred Payments

Deferred payment allows clients to pay fees after a case concludes, often if the client lacks immediate funds but expects financial gain (e.g. in certain commercial claims). This option is common in high-stakes commercial litigation where both parties agree on deferred terms.
